the trip was terrific. The hotel was very nice and the staff there was kind and attentive. Regarding the bike portion, Fanny was very informative and helpful. She went over everything in detail and the bikes themselves were excellent. We all en ... joyed the rides through the very scenic portions of the valley and the little towns that we passed along the way. We did, however, find exiting the city a little confusing as the maps were not detailed enough. No matter. We found our way. One thing I might consider adding to your tour would be tablets that fit in the map holders that have interactive maps. Using our respective phones that needed to be refreshed from time to time was a bit awkward, I think.
