Starting from the famous "pink city" Toulouse, your trip will take you along the UNESCO World Heritage site of Canal du Midi that links the Atlantic Ocean with the Mediterranean Sea. Cycle through the countryside and vineyards of Languedoc, France.
Your trip will bring you back in time to the marvelous medieval castle and city of Carcassonne renovated by Viollet le Duc in the 19th century, and the famous Minervois vineyards. Appreciate the best of the Languedoc region: its typical medieval villages and rich historical architecture, lovely vineyards and countryside, the Canal du Midi, and all the little details that make the lifestyle of this part of France so special.
